Baptisms
On Saturday, the 1st of April - Sydney Fire Evangelism hosted our first Maranatha Revival at Harvest Time Church.
The service was incredible! We had baptised 25 people, many of whom we met recently on the streets of Townhall during Friday Night Outreach. These moments are precious, you can feel the love of God over people as they make the public declaration to be submerged beneath the waters, turn away from their old life and come out as a new creation! Truly, we have witnessed many come to repentance, be baptised, forgiven and filled with the Holy Spirit.
“Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38.
revival worship and prayer
Following the baptisms, we had an unforgettable service of Worship and Prayer. The heart of the Father for His children was strongly felt that night, a strong outpouring of the Holy Spirit filled the room as we all bowed in worship. Many people received salvation, healing and deliverance.
One key moment God highlighted throughout the night was the return to First Love! The Father's love for His children was so evident, He was drawing and serenading His children back to Himself. His delight shone over His children as many who had forgotten their first love came running back to the Father's arm - like the prodigal son finally coming home.
We believe this is just the beginning of more to come! Australia is about to experience a great revival - and we are training up more labourers who will release the urgency of the times and step into the mandate of an evangelist to preach the Gospel! The Lord has called Jacqui to multiply the harvesters.
